On behalf of myself, my wife Leah, and my family, we welcome you to Double Play Hunting Preserve. Being a professional baseball player for over a decade has been a true blessing for me. The baseball off-season just happened to fall over the best time, Hunting Season, which allowed me to pursue my true passion of hunting. I grew up hunting with my dad and grandpa and knew it was in my blood. They taught me so much and I look forward to sharing my passion and knowledge with each and every one of you.
Baseball
Baseball is a crazy career with the highest of highs, like competing in the World Series, to the lowest of lows, like tearing my hamstring from the bone. Although playing in the World Series was an extraordinary feeling, it didn’t compare to harvesting my biggest buck ever. Although we may not be shaking champagne bottles in the locker room, celebrating victories with the guys is exactly the experience I wish all the hunters at Double Play to have with us. Here at Double Play, everyone goes straight to the Big Leagues with the treatment they receive and “Big League Treatment” is like no other.
